Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
2 years ago we brewed an Imperial Stout. We laid it to rest in Barrels and allowed it to mature and develop.
After tasting we decided to pull a single keg from a bourbon barrel for you to explore.
Expect hints of Dark Chocolate, alongside Baked Damsons, Raisins and Figs, we are also getting a touch of vanilla from the Oak.
