Double Dry Hopped Double India Pale Ale
For our second beer, there was only one direction, yes a double IPA and yes it also had to be double dry hopped. This beer is crammed full of as many hops as we could possibly squeeze in, we decided on Citra, Mosaic and Riwaka as we wanted to showcase a beer with deep tropical tones, with a subtle hint of dankness and a fruit sorbet like finish.
