An in-house hop combo we’ve been wanting to do since we first started, this beer starts like a dank berry soda, the Azacca delivers candy-like tropical sweetness and acts as the perfect counterweight to the sharp citrus and white wine notes of Nelson, we decided to use London Fog Ale yeast to add some residual sweetness resulting in a velvety mouthfeel
