New Zealand Pilsner
This pilsner uses 100% premium Pilsner Malt from Weyermann Speciality Malts. During sensory testing we really enjoyed the aromatics and flavour profile and felt that it would provide the perfect base for a crisp and redolent beer, we stayed on tradition for the hot side using noble varieties Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saaz but chose to incorporate some of our favourite hops from NZ in the dry hop, to create a crisp and refreshing lager with a citrus punch.
