Q: Top 3 Beer styles
A: NEIPA, Helles & Geuze
Q: What Is your favourite Hop
A: Mosaic, it has always been my favourite Hop, I love how versatile and complex it can be with flavours of blueberry and Mango and that signature dank resinous finish that I love in an IPA.
Q: What Beer or Brewery Inspired you the most
A: I’ve always loved beer, I started off drinking cask Ale before I was legally allowed, from there I fell in love with Belgium beer, I loved exploring all the styles it had to offer, and most recently Lager, I absolutely love a good bottle of German lager.
However the Brewery that inspired me, the brewery who turned a passion into an obsession and made me fall in love with beer all over again was Other Half in NYC, I visited there taproom and had the most amazing experience, I will never forget that first sip of Double Mosaic Dream (Non DDH)!
Q: Favourite Beer Festival you’ve attended
A: Billies Beer Festival in Antwerp, Belgium. Wow, what a festival!
Q: Where is your ideal location to enjoy a beer
A: Somewhere outdoors with Friends ideally overlooking an expanse of water.

A: Pop Punk or Hip Hop

A: Hazy IPA’s, BA Stouts, Hefeweizen
Q: What Is your favourite Hop
A: Eggers Special, I love the complexity of it, it brings out flavour combinations of all my favourite hops, Citra, Mosaic, Nelson & Riwaka. It also has its own uniqueness.
Q: What Beer or Brewery Inspired you the most
A: When I was younger I started drinking German Hefewweizen that was my first love and has stayed throughout, then fast forward to the craft beer scene, and Amazing Haze from stigbergets brewery blew my mind and straight away I was hooked.
Q: Favourite Beer Festival you’ve attended
A: MBCC – The range of breweries and beers available are amazing, some of the best breweries in the world, the whole city transforms into an amazing beer place, so many people from all over the world getting together and having fun
Q: Where is your ideal location to enjoy a beer
A: With my beer buddies at my friend’s cabin, located deep in the woods in Romania, we try and do a big bottle share there once per year.

A: Hip Hop

A: There’s so many good ones, if I have to choose one I love Citra, Krush, Dolcita, Nelson, Galaxy when it’s good………. Okay I can’t choose one
Q: What Beer or Brewery Inspired you the most
A: This answer has changed a lot over the years, Stone Brewing Arrogant Bastard was my first wow moment and then I ended up brewing for them, i’ve had so many wow moments with different styles – drinking Lambic in Belgium, exploring Lager in Munich, and then drinking Hazy’s from Fidens or Treehouse. I love breweries with longevity and aspire to be one of them.
Q: Favourite Beer Festival you’ve attended
A: I’m going to answer this in 2 parts, first as an Attendee and then working – 1st GABF (Denver) The scale is mind-blowing, it’s hard to put into words! 2nd – MBCC they really look after you and the response from the customers was something else.
Q: Where is your ideal location to enjoy a beer
A: With my Beautiful wife In Nature near water or hanging out with friends having fun

A: Recently Punk but I also love metal when brewing
